Great hotel, great service and easy access.

We booked for 2 nights but did not get a requested double bed(We had 2 young children). Front Desk said previously paid reservations could not be changed. They forgot to service our rooms after the first day and when we followed up the front desk person said the attendants went home for the day. The central A.C was also not working. I was pleasantly surprised by how cute the room was. However, the bed was a rather hard for my taste. Still, it made a good stopover on a long car trip.

This is a great place. It is quiet, I heard no noises at night or early in the morning. It is right off the freeway. There is a restaurant at this exit and others within 5 miles. The bed was really nice which is important to me. I would gladly stay here again and although I like fancy hotels, this one gave me everything I needed or wanted. ...read more

Ice machine broke, desk manager real slow at check in. Room keys not very good.

We had to go get blankets and sheets for the pull out. the door lock didn't work the continental breakfast was below standard, the coffee cold, the hot water not hot enough for you cereal. Staff seems inexperience. ...read more

Room was clean.. Considering typical accommodations along I5 (the Grapevine) this motel is better than most. However, cold water morning showers are not enjoyable.
